With 10.000 Retailers, Blesscon Aims To Distribute Lightweight Bricks To Remote Areas

Blesscon Lightweight Bricks Now Have 10,000 Registered Building Store Partners to Serve the Retail Sector of Lightweight Bricks. The 10,000th store is Raja Daun, a building store located on Jl Patuk, Gunung Kidul, Yogyakarta. Blesscon Retail Sales Manager Evan Krismiyanto congratulated Raja Daun on joining, starting from yesterday (9/8). According to him, the registration of the 10,000th store emphasizes the extensive distribution area of Blesscon, reaching even the remote areas.

He explained that since the first factory was built in Mojokerto, East Java, in 2013 until now, there are around 5,400 building stores that have become official partners for Blesscon lightweight brick sales. These stores are spread across 9 cities and 29 regencies in East Java.

As for the penetration in Central Java, which was initiated in 2020 when the Sragen factory was built, it has already registered 4,600 stores, serving the supply of lightweight bricks to 7 cities and 33 regencies.

"We are proud and relieved that Blesscon's distribution can be considered widespread in Central Java and East Java. With the presence of building store partners, Blesscon lightweight bricks can be easily obtained not only in urban areas but also in villages, even those that are somewhat difficult to reach," said Evan in a written statement on Wednesday (10/8/2022).

The Blesscon fleet is committed to delivering lightweight bricks even in challenging terrains with long distances. The Raja Daun building store in Gunung Kidul is one example.

Evan added that the retail sector is crucial for Blesscon. During the pandemic when many projects were stalled, retail became the hero in sales. Almost 90 percent of Blesscon lightweight brick sales are contributed by the retail sector.

The commitment to fast delivery and the strong quality of lightweight bricks are the keys to customer satisfaction. Blesscon has the tagline 'One Day Delivery Service.' Within 24 hours of the order, it will be delivered to the store partner. There are approximately 500 Colt Diesel units and 60 Tronton units supporting Blesscon's commitment to the Fast and Right Building Solution.

Evan mentioned that the economic wheel turning for the 10,000 Blesscon building store partners has a significant impact. In the future, distribution through partnerships will be further intensified. Meanwhile, Blesscon will encourage sales to partners by educating the public about the use of lightweight bricks.

According to him, the economic activity is more noticeable in retail because the benefits are also felt by the 10,000 building stores, which are in the MSME sector. Raja Daun building store, for example, admitted that they were once sluggish.

"Tourism closed, construction postponed, it affected revenue. So frankly, the store is still surviving, we are grateful," recalled Maryadi, the owner of Raja Daun store, which is located in the tourist routes of Gunung Kidul.

He said that demand is now starting to grow again. The supply of Blesscon lightweight bricks is one of the store's margin boosters. The economic turnover in Raja Daun building store alone can already support 15 employees, including the owner.

Meanwhile, Blesscon Brand Manager Yusuf Permadi said they are actively educating through various publications and training. Because not all builders are familiar with lightweight bricks. Myths such as lightweight bricks being expensive, reducing building quality, and difficult installation often hinder adoption.

"However, with lightweight bricks, it will be much more economical. Because they are easy to install, saving time, and therefore saving labor costs," he explained. Houses that use lightweight bricks are also safer from fire and earthquakes. Moreover, Blesscon has obtained the Indonesian National Standard (SNI), which means the quality is beyond doubt.
