PT Superior Prima Sukses Tbk, the producer of lightweight bricks under the brands Blesscon and Superiore Block, is currently constructing its fifth factory in Banjarnegara Regency, Central Java.
This factory, valued at Rp250 billion, is expected to commence operations by mid-2025 and will employ 250 workers. Spanning across 5.9 hectares of land, the Banjarnegara facility will have an installed capacity of 1 million m3 per year.
"The presence of this new factory in Banjarnegara will automatically increase the production capacity from our existing four Blesscon plants," said Billy Law, President Director of PT Superior Prima Sukses Tbk, in a written statement on Tuesday, July 23, 2024.
He explained that as of 2024, the combined installed capacity of the five production lines across their four current plants totals 4.6 million m3 per year.
"With the addition of the fifth factory next year, our installed capacity will increase to 5.6 million m3 per year," he added.
"However, BLES' expansion does not stop here. Sustainable growth has always been our focus from the beginning," Billy Law emphasized.
Banjarnegara was chosen as the location for Blesscon Lightweight Brick's expansion to facilitate material distribution in an area currently without a lightweight brick factory.
Furthermore, he noted that the presence of the lightweight brick factory in Banjarnegara will offer competitive pricing, availability assurance, and fast delivery times for consumers.
Billy Law also mentioned that BLES aims for a 28% growth in net sales in 2024 and a 36% growth in 2025.
As the market leader in AAC Lightweight Brick industry in Indonesia, BLES benefits from a strong distribution network covering the entire country. Considering the vast untapped market, the future prospects for the AAC lightweight brick industry remain promising, and BLES is optimistic about continuing its development.
Currently, BLES operates four plants with five production lines located in Mojokerto, Sidoarjo, Lamongan, and Sragen (lines A and B).
