"PT Superior Sukses Prima as the producer of lightweight brick Blesscon (BLES) received special appreciation from the Central Java Provincial Government for its contribution in supporting and constructing several infrastructure programs initiated by the Provincial Government of Central Java.
The award was directly presented by the Secretary of Central Java Province, Sumarno, and was received by Brand Manager BLES Yusuf Permadi at Ciputra Mall Semarang, Wednesday (24/7).
The assistance provided was in the form of contributions towards the construction of Healthy Simple Houses, involving a total of 6,864 lightweight bricks. This moment coincided with the National Housing Day of Central Java as well as commemorating the 79th anniversary of Central Java.
Brand Manager BLES Yusuf Permadi expressed his gratitude for the appreciation given by the Central Java Provincial Government. Yusuf added that this assistance represents a tangible contribution from Blesscon lightweight bricks to the people of Central Java.
"We express our thanks to the Central Java Provincial Government for the synergy we have created together. Hopefully, this can help the government, particularly in aiding the welfare of the people," he said in an official statement, quoted on Wednesday (24/7/2024).
In addition to providing assistance in the form of lightweight bricks, BLES, which also has plans in Sragen, Central Java, also contributes to the community by providing CSR funds.
"We hope that the assistance we provide can benefit the community. Hopefully, in the future, the relationship between BLES and the Central Java Provincial Government will grow closer through development aimed at improving the welfare of the people," he said.
In addition to appreciating stakeholders who collaborate with the Central Java Provincial Government regarding infrastructure, this event also included a subsidized housing exhibition 'Omah Expo 2024' and a talk show.
Secretary of Central Java Province Sumarno expressed his appreciation to various institutions and stakeholders for their support in developing Central Java's infrastructure, especially for Low-Income Communities (MBR).
"There are still quite a lot of people who do not have housing, according to our data, more than 324,000. This is quite high, as housing is a basic necessity," he said.
Sekda Jateng Sumarno added that this would not be possible if done solely by the Central Java Provincial Government, hence he considers this collaboration to be valuable.
"We thank the developers for participating in providing subsidized housing. I understand that the business calculations may differ, but here there is a social value. I ask for our future collaborations to be more advanced, so that the provision of housing for MBR in Central Java can accelerate," he concluded."
