SRAGEN - PT Superior Prima Sukses (SPS), through its lightweight brick product Blesscon, for the second time provided assistance to the community in Toyogo Village, Sambungmacan Subdistrict, Sragen Regency, on Friday (19/4).
The assistance is part of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities routinely carried out by Blesscon Lightweight Brick, aimed at the development and welfare of the local community.
This time, Blesscon Lightweight Brick provided assistance of Rp 25 million, which was directly handed over by HR Manager of PT SPS, Roni Tricahyono, to the Head of Toyogo Village, Suraji.
HR Manager of PT SPS, Roni Tricahyono, stated that this assistance is a tangible contribution from Blesscon Lightweight Brick to the village government to help improve the welfare of the community.
"We have been established in Sragen for three years, and this is our contribution to the community to provide funds every year. This is a routine activity that we have conducted every year, and this is the second year," he said.
Furthermore, he hoped that the CSR funds could be used for the construction of houses, public facilities, or the needs of the local residents. Especially since, he mentioned, the funds obtained from the local government are said to be very limited.
"Our hope with this assistance is that the relationship between the company and the community can become closer. So, through this fund, development for mutual welfare can be realized," he said.
At the same opportunity, the Head of Toyogo Village, Suraji, expressed his gratitude for the assistance provided by Blesscon Lightweight Brick. According to him, PT SPS is the only company that cares about the people in their area.
"This CSR is very beneficial, we express our gratitude and appreciation. Blesscon is the only company that cares about our people. All of our people support cooperation with Blesscon," he said.
He stated that the assistance provided by Blesscon Lightweight Brick is used for basic needs that will be distributed to the community. In the future, he hoped that the assistance would be allocated for healthy housing for those in need.
"We hope Blesscon will grow bigger because no other company pays attention to us except Blesscon. Hopefully, this can set an example," he said.
