Blesscon Fully Supports The Independence Property Expo Solo Raya At Solo Grand Mall

The industrial development in Solo Raya starting this year is expected to grow, and to support this, the Solo Raya Developer Association organized the Independence Property Expo from August 12 to 20, 2023, at Solo Grand Mall.
This exhibition is seen as a great moment to boost the economy post-pandemic.
With a large number of visitors, the event aims to achieve transactions worth IDR 60 billion by offering subsidized and commercial houses ranging from IDR 162 million to IDR 1.5 billion per unit.
The exhibition features 27 stands, including 18 developer stands, 6 banks, and 3 supporting partner stands.
Meanwhile, PT Superior Prima Sukses, the manufacturer of the Blesscon lightweight brick brand, is supporting the exhibition and hopes to accelerate development in the political year 2024.
"We always support and endorse developers who have high optimism in accelerating property development ahead of the upcoming 2024 election," said Blesscon Brand Manager, Yusuf Permadi.
During the exhibition, Blesscon focuses on educating visitors about the advantages of Blesscon lightweight bricks.
Moreover, Blesscon lightweight brick products have once again obtained the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) certification from the National Standardization Agency (BSN).
As known, Blesscon lightweight bricks obtained the SNI 2156:2021 Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Specification after previously obtaining the SNI 8640:2018 specification for
lightweight bricks for wall installation.
"Our target for participating in this event is to educate about the advantages of lightweight bricks and address issues that exist outside. So that the public gets accurate information and can choose good building materials for their walls," explained Yusuf.
"Thus, it is expected that the public will become more aware of the benefits and advantages of lightweight bricks, where Blesscon lightweight bricks now have SNI certification and are environmentally friendly. Blesscon is the first lightweight brick to receive this certification," he added.
