PT Superior Prima Sukses Tbk (BLES) Collaborates with Baznas Mojokerto to Build Decent Housing. PT Superior Prima Sukses Tbk (BLES), through its Blesscon Lightweight Concrete product, received appreciation from the National Zakat Agency (Baznas) and the Mojokerto Regency Government for its collaboration in helping to construct homes for underprivileged families in Mojokerto Regency.
The recognition was awarded to BLES during the Disaster Relief Volunteer Basic Training (BTB) event organized by Baznas Mojokerto at Newstart Hotel Trawas on Monday (2/12).
Previously, BLES participated in a housing renovation initiative across six locations, including two in Ngoro District and four in Dlanggu, Mojosari, Pungging, and Kutorejo.
Yusuf Permadi, Brand Manager of PT Superior Prima Sukses Tbk, expressed his gratitude for the collaboration with Baznas and the Mojokerto Regency Government. He emphasized that this support reflects Blesscon’s commitment to working alongside the government to provide decent housing for communities.
"We hope this assistance positively impacts underprivileged communities. Blesscon is always ready to support and collaborate with all stakeholders to drive the success of infrastructure development programs for the welfare of society," said Yusuf.
In line with Blesscon’s tagline, "Building Made Easier," he expressed hope that the renovated homes would not only provide significant benefits but also bring blessings to their new owners.
"A decent home is more than just a shelter; it forms the foundation for daily activities, encompassing social and psychological aspects that influence economic well-being. We hope the community becomes healthier and more prosperous," Yusuf added.
Baznas Mojokerto Chairman, KH Zamroni Ahmad, praised the collaboration with PT Superior Prima Sukses Tbk, highlighting that this was the first partnership between Baznas Mojokerto and a private company.
"We are proud and grateful to Blesscon for being the first private company to collaborate with Baznas Mojokerto and perhaps the first in East Java," Zamroni said.
He further explained that the initiative had a meaningful impact, providing decent housing to economically disadvantaged individuals, which could improve their quality of life and economic opportunities.
"The recipients of this program are truly those in need, deserving of this assistance. A healthy home environment ensures a safer, healthier living space, enabling recipients to work harder and achieve more," he elaborated.
On behalf of the Mojokerto Government, Assistant for Governance and People's Welfare, Bambang Purwanto, extended gratitude to PT Superior Prima Sukses Tbk for their efforts.
"On behalf of the Regent, we sincerely thank Blesscon. Addressing poverty requires the involvement of multiple stakeholders, including private companies," Bambang stated.
He expressed hope that the collaboration with Blesscon would extend to future programs and inspire other private companies to take similar initiatives.
"The Regent extends deep appreciation to the company leadership and plans to present an honorary certificate as a token of recognition for their contributions," he concluded.
