Building materials company PT Superior Prima Sukses, or Blesscon, is kicking off 2023 with optimism. In the early months of 2023, Blesscon has achieved recognition.
Notably, Blesscon once again secured the title of Top Brand Award 2023. Continuous innovation has led Blesscon to receive the Top Brand Award for three consecutive years, starting from 2021.
Commercial Director of PT Superior Prima Sukses, Henrianto, mentioned that achieving the Top Brand Award for three years is not an easy feat, especially with numerous lightweight brick companies in Indonesia.
"Blesscon is very grateful for the public's trust in Blesscon lightweight bricks. This achievement is the best gift for us as we celebrate our 10th anniversary this year," he said in a press release received by Solopos.com on Monday (27/2/2023).
For Henrianto, this award provides a unique spirit for Blesscon. Corporate steps are appreciated by customers, keeping Blesscon in the hearts of end-users or lightweight brick users for their buildings.
"With this award, it reminds us that we must continue to commit to maintaining customer trust by consistently ensuring quality and prioritizing customers. Because regardless, customer experience needs attention and must be maintained," he said.
High customer confidence in the product also has a positive impact on the company's growth. Throughout 2022, Blesscon recorded excellent performance, experiencing a growth of 11% compared to 2021.
"This growth exceeds the targets we set. This is not unrelated to the strategies we implemented throughout 2022, which had a positive impact on the company's growth," he explained.
Furthermore, Henrianto explained that 2023 is a challenging year. The company aims to surpass the positive performance in 2022. "However, the opportunity for the building material industry to grow is still wide open," he said.
According to data from the Directorate General of Small, Medium, and Miscellaneous Industry Ditjen IKMA) of the Ministry of Industry, the real estate and construction industry, which are consumers of building material production, experienced annual growth of 2.78% and 2.81% respectively in 2022.
Moreover, this year the Indonesian government is focusing on boosting infrastructure development for inter-regional connectivity. This indirectly will boost the economy in the building material sector.
Considering these opportunities, Henrianto stated that the company is quite optimistic about navigating 2023. This optimism is accompanied by concrete steps that the company will take in 2023.
"This year, we will start operating our fifth factory located in Krian, East Java. We also focus on expanding our distribution fleet so that the accessibility of our products becomes easier. Thus, people can easily obtain our products," concluded Henrianto."
