PT Superior Prima Sukses (Bles) Sragen, the producer of Blesscon lightweight concrete blocks, contributes to reducing traffic accidents by donating 20 barricades to the Sragen Transportation Agency (Dishub).

The provision of these 20 barricades is part of Blesscon's corporate social responsibility (CSR) program to help prevent traffic accidents, especially with the upcoming Christmas and New Year holidays.

The barricades will be placed in several strategic locations prone to traffic accidents. The assistance was handed over by PT Superior Prima Sukses' Brand Manager, Yusuf Permadi, to the Head of the Sragen Transportation Agency, R. Suparwoto, at the Dishub Sragen Office on Tuesday, December 3, 2024.

Yusuf expressed his hope that the 20 barricades would help reduce the number of traffic accidents and enhance the safety of motor vehicle users in Sragen.

"Especially during this period leading up to the Christmas and New Year holidays, when traffic on Sragen's main routes typically increases. Hopefully, this assistance will benefit the community, primarily by ensuring safety and order in driving," Yusuf said, adding his hope that the synergy between PT Bles and Dishub will continue in the form of collaborative efforts to provide the best services to the public.

The Head of the Sragen Transportation Agency, R. Suparwoto, expressed gratitude and appreciation for the donation of the 20 barricades. He stated that the assistance would be highly beneficial for Dishub and the people of Sragen.

"These barricades are truly needed, and on behalf of the community, we thank you for this assistance. Hopefully, they will be increasingly beneficial for the public, particularly in improving road user safety in Sragen Regency," said Suparwoto, known as Woto.

He explained that Sragen has a total of 1,200 kilometers of county roads, with several locations identified as high-risk areas for traffic accidents due to heavy traffic flow.

To reduce traffic accidents, he continued, infrastructure and facilities are required to implement traffic engineering for the safety of road users.

"Alhamdulillah, we have received the 20 barricades. They will be placed at several key points where they are most needed," he stated.
